It's a lower caffeine blend with a mélange of fresh berries and creamy vanilla (dairy free).
Ingredients: Black Tea, Rose Hips, Hibiscus, Apple Pieces, Blueberry, Strawberry, Raspberry, Cornflowers, Cinnamon, Vanilla/Berry Flavor Essences.
Preparation Instructions: Steep 1 teaspoon in 8oz boiling 212°F water for 3-6 minutes.
