Ingredients: Green Tea, Green Rooibos Tea, Blueberries, Raspberry Leaves, Rose Hips, Hibiscus, Cranberries, Blue Cornflowers, Blueberry Essence.

Preparation Instructions: Steep 1 teaspoon in 8 oz under-boiling water (175°F) for 3-4 minutes.
