Ingredients: CAFFEINE: Black Tea, Rose Petals, Lavender, Chamomile, Vanilla Essence. DECAF: Decaffeinated Black Tea, Rose Petals, Lavender, Chamomile, White Malva Flowers, Vanilla Essence.
Preparation Instructions: Steep 1 teaspoon in 8oz boiling 212°F water 3-5 minutes.
